In this presentation, Paediatrician Dr Michele van Niekerk reviews the most common formulations which are recognised for the treatment of ADHD in children and adolescents. In 2022, a number of new drug options for the management of ADHD were released in South Africa. The new preparations include lower doses suitable for younger age groups, as well as child-friendly options for administration.
